I believe some of the most difficult chapters of our lives can become the raw material for profound change.
Life Alchemy is my approach to personal coaching. It's about looking honestly at both the shadow and the light — the patterns that may be holding you back alongside the strengths, possibilities and parts of yourself that may have been overlooked.
I offer a private, judgment-free space to talk about where you are, where you've been and where you want to go next.
Our conversations may explore life transitions, purpose, relationships, identity, difficult past experiences, addictive patterns, spirituality, boundaries, self-defeating habits or the feeling that you've simply lost your direction.
I don't believe transformation requires pretending the difficult parts of your story never happened. Sometimes the work is learning how to understand them differently — and deciding what you want to create from them now.
Most people are more complicated than the labels they've been given.
One of my strengths is recognizing both sides of a pattern. The same quality that creates difficulty in one part of your life may contain a strength when it's understood and directed differently.
Together, I can help you explore questions such as:
The goal isn't perfection.
It's awareness, choice and transformation.
If alcohol, substances or other compulsive behaviors have become part of your story, I can provide non-clinical coaching and personal support as you consider what you want to change.
I can help you identify goals, explore patterns and triggers, build practical routines, find appropriate resources and support systems, and think through the next steps that feel realistic for you.
I strongly support professional treatment, therapy, medical care and established recovery resources when they're needed. Coaching can complement those services, but it doesn't replace them.
You don't have to arrive with everything figured out. You can start with one question:
What would I like my life to look like from here?
Your history matters, but it doesn't have to become the only explanation for your future.
For people whose lives have been affected by painful or traumatic experiences, coaching can provide a space to explore how you understand your story today, recognize patterns that may have developed around those experiences, identify strengths and resources, and consider what you want your next chapter to become.
I don't diagnose or treat trauma or mental-health conditions. When deeper clinical support would be beneficial, I'll encourage working with a qualified mental-health professional while I remain focused on the coaching side of your goals.
Sometimes nothing is technically "wrong" — the old life simply doesn't fit anymore.
Career changes. Divorce. Empty nests. Sobriety. Spiritual changes. Relationship endings. Starting over. Reaching an age when you suddenly question what you're doing with the rest of your life.
These moments can feel like endings, but they can also become invitations to reconsider what matters.
I'll help you explore your values, strengths, contradictions, desires and possibilities so you can begin creating a life that feels more intentional.
Alchemy is the ancient image of turning something ordinary into something precious.
That's the metaphor behind my coaching.
Shadow into awareness.
Pain into understanding.
Patterns into choices.
Experience into wisdom.
Survival into purpose.
I can't promise to transform your life for you.
But I can sit beside you while you look at it differently — and help you recognize the possibilities you may not be able to see from where you're standing today.
